The big three
Nearly everything runs on Twitch, YouTube or Kick. All three are free, and on all three you can watch without an account (you only need one to chat or follow). In some regions you'll also see SOOP (Korea) and Bilibili or Huya (China), and Valve games offer in-client DotaTV for Dota 2.
