Welcome to EsportsLive.net (the "Site"), operated by Syntrax Studios, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

EsportsLive.net is a free, informational service that lists when and where esports broadcasts air on Twitch, YouTube and other streaming platforms. You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to scrape, copy, republish or redistribute our schedule data or content in bulk without our written permission, and not to use the Site in any way that damages, disables or impairs it.

Schedule accuracy & "as is" basis

We work hard to keep listings accurate (see our How We Verify Esports Listings page), but tournament schedules change frequently and often at short notice — brackets shift, series run long, and start times move. Dates, start times and stream assignments are provided for general information only, on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Always confirm with the league or streaming service before making plans. We are not responsible for events that are rescheduled, delayed, moved to a different channel, or cancelled.

Third-party links & services

The Site links to third-party streaming platforms so you can watch matches. We do not control and are not responsible for those services, their content, availability, pricing, or their terms and privacy practices. A subscription or account may be required to watch, and that relationship is solely between you and the provider.

Intellectual property

The EsportsLive.net name, layout, original text and design are the property of Syntrax Studios, LLC. Game, league, team and platform names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used on the Site for informational identification only; their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syntrax Studios, LLC and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any linked service, including any reliance on a listing that later proved inaccurate.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, with the "Last updated" date revised above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
