About PUBG EMEA Championship
The PUBG EMEA Championship, known as PEC, is KRAFTON's official regional competition for PUBG: Battlegrounds in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. It was announced in February 2023 as the next chapter of PUBG esports in the region and runs two seasons a year, Spring and Fall. PEC is the main way EMEA teams earn PGC Points toward the PUBG Global Championship, and its top finishers also collect places at international events such as the PUBG Global Series and, in 2026, the Esports World Cup.
Twisted Minds have been the league's most successful team, winning PEC Fall 2023, Spring 2024 and Fall 2025, while Geekay Esports took Spring 2025. For 2026 the league switched to third-person perspective and split each season into two cycles, each with its own playoffs and 15-match finals. In Spring 2026 Virtus.pro won Finals 1 and Natus Vincere won Finals 2. PEC Fall 2026 is the last chance for EMEA teams to earn PGC Points before the PUBG Global Championship in Istanbul, December 1-13.
