Rocket League Esports — 2026 Schedule

How the RLCS 2026 season works

The Rocket League Championship Series (RLCS) is run by Psyonix and is open to everyone. Instead of franchised teams, any eligible three-player team can enter the online Opens in its region. Results across those events decide who reaches the LAN Majors and the World Championship. The circuit covers seven regions: Europe, North America, South America, Middle East and North Africa, Oceania, Asia-Pacific and Sub-Saharan Africa.

The 2026 season started with Opens in November 2025 and a Kick-Off weekend on December 5-7. It had two online splits, each ending in a Major. New for 2026, a 2v2 competition joined the RLCS alongside the existing 1v1 events. The World Championship also grew to 20 teams over six days.

The biggest Rocket League events of 2026

• Boston Major (February 19-22, Agganis Arena): Gentle Mates beat Team Vitality 4-2.
• Paris Major (May 20-24, La Défense Arena): Karmine Corp beat Twisted Minds 4-1.
• World Championship (September 15-20, Dickies Arena, Fort Worth, Texas): the third Worlds in Fort Worth, with a $1.2 million prize pool. Team Falcons swept Spacestation Gaming 4-0, the first world title for a team from the Middle East and North Africa region. Kiileerrz was named MVP.

Next up is something new. The RLCS Club Championship starts with a Kickoff at the Copper Box Arena in London on December 9-13, with fans in the arena December 11-13. It's a separate competition from the Majors. Psyonix is inviting 20 clubs directly, and the last four spots go through an open online qualifier starting in November. After London, the 24 clubs move to regional online league play, which leads to a 16-team Club Finale LAN in 2027. The total prize pool is $2.5 million.

Where to watch RLCS for free

RLCS broadcasts are free. The main English stream is on twitch.tv/rocketleague, with the same coverage and full VODs on Rocket League's official YouTube channel. Big events also have Twitch and TikTok drops, free in-game items for watching. To get them on Twitch, link your Epic Games account to Twitch, watch any drop-enabled stream in the Rocket League category, and claim the reward from your Twitch inventory. It then shows up in your in-game Garage. Because any drop-enabled stream in the category counts, you can earn drops while watching a co-streamer or a non-English broadcast.

What time RLCS matches are on in Eastern Time

• North America Opens: the main broadcast days have started on Friday evenings at 7 PM ET, after the open bracket's early rounds earlier in the week.
• Europe Opens: 6 PM Central European time, which is noon ET in winter.
• London Club Championship: in December, London is five hours ahead of ET, so afternoon sessions there air in the late morning ET.
• Regions like Oceania, Asia-Pacific and Middle East and North Africa play in their own evenings, which usually means overnight or early morning in the US.

Tips for following Rocket League esports

The open qualifier for the Club Championship starts in November and is the place to spot unknown teams before they reach London. Link your Epic and Twitch accounts before an event starts so you don't miss drops. Rocket League series often go to overtime and game sevens, so the listed end time is only a guess. Watch the tournament bracket pages rather than a fixed clock.
