PGL Masters Bucharest 2026 streams free on the league's official Twitch channel — no subscription needed.

Regional qualifiers for Asia, Europe, North America and South America, played September 9-13, completed the main-event field. The 2025 edition used a group stage followed by a playoff bracket with a third-place match and a best-of-five grand final.

PGL Masters Bucharest is a Counter-Strike 2 tournament run by PGL, the Romanian production company behind several Valve-sponsored Majors, including Krakow 2017, Stockholm 2021, Antwerp 2022 and Copenhagen 2024, the first Counter-Strike 2 Major. The event is played in PGL's own studio in Bucharest and sits alongside the organizer's other 2026 stops in Cluj-Napoca, Bucharest and Astana. PGL splits the prize money evenly, with half going to players and half to their organizations.

The first edition ran from October 26 to November 1, 2025, with 16 teams and $1,250,000 on offer, and ended with Aurora edging Legacy 3-2 in a best-of-five grand final. The 2026 edition returns to PGL Studio from October 24 to 31 with the same prize pool. Teams such as Team Spirit, Team Vitality, Natus Vincere, FURIA and MOUZ head the field, which was completed by regional qualifiers for Asia, Europe, North America and South America in September.

Bucharest is also one of the last big stops on PGL's 2026 calendar before the organizer hosts the PGL Major Singapore at the Singapore Indoor Stadium from November 25 to December 13, so the event doubles as a late-season form check for teams heading into the Major. Aurora return as defending champions, built around the Turkish core the organization acquired from Eternal Fire in April 2025.
